Q. Will I qualify for VAT exemption?
A. Most of our customers will be VAT exempt, you don’t even need a medical assessment to qualify.
Q. Can we replace our old bath with a shower module?
A. Yes, our shower modules will fit in the same space as your old bath.
Q. How long does it take to install?
A. Usually within a day based on a straight forward installation. Our installation engineers take care of everything including taking away your old bath.
Q. How much disruption will it cause?
A. Our installation engineers will keep the disruption to a minimum and the installation usually takes just one day. We will treat your house with respect and ensure your house is clean and tidy when we leave.
Q. How long will it take once I place an order?
A. Our walk-in baths and showers are individually manufactured to exacting standards in the UK. It normally takes around 6 weeks – 10 weeks from order to installation.
Q. How much is it going to cost?
A. Your bathroom is unique to you so to accurately price your new bath or shower installation we have to consider many factors such as the space available, layout of your bathroom, your water pressure, drainage and electrics. You will also be able to choose sanitary wear, heated towel rails, bathroom furniture, tiling and flooring should this be required.

Q. Do you use your own installers?
A. Yes, we train our installers to the highest standards enabling them to carry out your installation with the level of excellence you would expect from one of the country’s leading mobility bathing providers.
Q. Will your walk-in showers and baths fit into small bathrooms?
A. We manufacture a wide range of products and almost certainly we will have a product to suit your bathroom.
Q. Do you have showrooms?
A. No, mainly because we want to keep our prices to a minimum so we don’t have costly showrooms and staff overheads. We also appreciate you might not be able to travel so we bring samples of our products to your home for you to view and see the quality.
Q. Do you supply only?
A. Unfortunately not, purely because this is a specialist product and we feel our fully trained engineers are the best people to install our products and it would invalidate any warranty if it were to be installed by anyone other than ourselves.
Q. Do you colour match?
A. Yes, we are able to colour match to your existing suite.
Q. Do you guarantee your products?
A. Yes, all of our products come with a comprehensive 12 month parts and labour warranty. We also offer a full parts and labour extended warranty with our Total Care Service Plan.
