What is VAT Relief?

If you are disabled or have a long-term illness, you won't have to pay VAT on products that are designed or adapted for your own personal or domestic use. This includes all of Aquability's walk-in baths and walk-in showers.

How it Works

To qualify for VAT relief, you must have a disability or long-term illness. For the purposes of VAT exemption, you are considered disabled or chronically sick if:

• You have a physical or mental impairment that affects your ability to carry out everyday activities (for example, blindness)
• You have a condition that's treated as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes or arthritis
• You are terminally ill
